The Estate Pinot is a blend of three blocks on the Kooyong vineyard site: Meres, Haven and Ferrous - a true representation of place and vintage. Fresh berries and a touch of pomegranate on the nose. Darker fruit shows on the palate, with some earthy spices. Wild fermented in a large oak fourdre, concrete tank and stainless steel, with a good dollop of whole bunches included. Unfined and minimal filtering, for max flavour.
