Pricing and Payment
All pricing on the website is displayed in AUD. Delivery fee's are charged based on the delivery location and you can confirm delivery fee by using the post code checking tool. Pricing is subject to change at any time by Your Flower Fix. For avoidance of doubt this includes pricing for subscription. Some credit cards may incur a surcharge or additional fee. This will be outlined before finalising an order. All payment is taken upfront prior to delivery, including subscription services.
Our flowers
The flowers displayed on www.yourflowerfix.com.au are examples of what will be sent to the recipient in each bouquet. The sizing is accurate but the contents of the bouquet will be subject to seasonal changes. Therefore the images displayed on the website will not be an exact replica of what flowers will be delivered.
At Your Flower Fix we pride ourselves on selecting and delivering the most high quality flowers. Please see our FAQ page to see how you can get the most longevity out of your flowers. While all care is taken to ensure our flowers arrive to the receiver hydrated, Your Flower Fix cannot be held responsible for flowers left out of water, in direct heat/sunlight or air conditioning.
Orders
Orders are placed online at www.yourflowerfix.com.au via the product pages. Orders placed before 1:00pm AEST will be delivered on the same day to the recipient. Orders placed after 1:00pm AEST will be delivered the following day. Your Flower Fix has the discretion to reject any order or to cancel a request. This applies to both individual orders and subscription services. If larger quantities or special orders are required please contact hello@yourflowerfix.com.au. Note: Our products are not to be used for resale.
Delivery
Your Flower Fix offer same day delivery service across the Melbourne Metropolitan area for orders placed prior to 1:00pm AEST. Orders cannot be selected for delivery for a specific time of day. Your Flower Fix do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Your Flower Fix engage a very reputable third party delivery service for delivery of all flowers. Your Flower Fix will not be held accountable for any delays in transit, or issues surrounding extreme wet or extreme heat. At Your Flower Fix we ensure that we take every precaution to ensure our products arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition. For circumstances outside our control or if you believe there is a problem with your delivery please contact hello@yourflowerfix.com.au and we will be happy to work with you to find a resolution.
If an incorrect delivery address is supplied or a bouquet is undeliverable, the flowers will be returned to the Your Flower Fix warehouse and subject to the purchaser’s approval Your Flower Fix arrange for redelivery. An additional re-delivery fee will apply.
If Your Flower Fix bouquets are being delivered to a Unit or Apartment block or a house which is not accessible (gated etc.) it is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide information via checkout about a safe place to leave the bouquet(s). It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure someone will be home if they are aware of an issue relating to location of delivery. If the Your Flower Fix third party delivery service cannot gain access to the property or leave the flowers in a safe place they will be redirected back to the Your Flower Fix warehouse for redelivery.
Days of Operation
Your Flower Fix operates from Monday - Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Monday. Your Flower Fix do not deliver on Public Holidays and as such deliveries will be made the next business day. Exclusions will be made for Valentines Day, Mother’s Day, and specific ‘special occasions’ as stipulated by Your Flower Fix.
Refunds and Cancellations
At Your Flower Fix we take the utmost care in preparing and arranging your flowers.
If you receive flowers from Your Flower Fix and they do not meet your expectations please send a photo to hello@yourflowerfix.com.au and our customer service team will come back to you within 24 hours with a solution. At Your Flower Fix all orders are final and unfortunately we do not offer refunds. We also do not offer a refund if an incorrect delivery address is provided to us. Your Flower Fix offers a redelivery service and additional delivery charges will apply.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the selected delivery date. The customer will be issued with a credit to use at a future time. If the delivery is next day and falls under 48 hours, the customer will be charged the full amount. Cancellations can be made by emailing us hello@yourflowerfix.com.au.
