Shipping Policy

Your Flower Fix offer same day delivery service across the Melbourne Metropolitan area for orders placed prior to 1:00pm AEST. Orders cannot be selected for delivery for a specific time of day. Your Flower Fix do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Your Flower Fix engage a very reputable third party delivery service for delivery of all flowers. Your Flower Fix will not be held accountable for any delays in transit, or issues surrounding extreme wet or extreme heat. At Your Flower Fix we ensure that we take every precaution to ensure our products arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition. For circumstances outside our control or if you believe there is a problem with your delivery please contact hello@yourflowerfix.com.au and we will be happy to work with you to find a resolution.

If an incorrect delivery address is supplied or a bouquet is undeliverable, the flowers will be returned to the Your Flower Fix warehouse and subject to the purchaser’s approval Your Flower Fix arrange for redelivery. An additional re-delivery fee will apply.

If Your Flower Fix bouquets are being delivered to a Unit or Apartment block or a house which is not accessible (gated etc.) it is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide information via checkout about a safe place to leave the bouquet(s). It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure someone will be home if they are aware of an issue relating to location of delivery. If the Your Flower Fix third party delivery service cannot gain access to the property or leave the flowers in a safe place they will be redirected back to the Your Flower Fix warehouse for redelivery.

Your Flower Fix operates from Monday - Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Monday. Your Flower Fix do not deliver on Public Holidays and as such deliveries will be made the next business day. Exclusions will be made for Valentines Day, Mother’s Day, and specific ‘special occasions’ as stipulated by Your Flower Fix.
