Where do you deliver to?
Your Flower Fix delivers to all of the inner Melbourne area.
How will I know which suburbs are included in your delivery zone?
We have included this tool where you can pop in the postcode for delivery and check if we have you covered.
Do I have to pay a delivery fee?
Please pop your postcode in here to see the delivery fee for your area.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately, no. Your Flower Fix uses a very reliable courier service for all our deliveries. If you order before 1:00pm AEST we can assure you that your flowers will arrive to the recipient on the same day. If you order after 1:00pm AEST, your flowers will be delivered the following day. Note: This excludes weekends and public holidays.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We offer same day delivery if you order before 1:00pm AEST and next day delivery if you order after 1:00pm AEST. If you apply for same day delivery, we will do our very best to have your flowers delivered by 5:00pm AEST.
How will I know if my flowers have been delivered?
Our amazing courier service will send an automatic note to your email/mobile number that you provided at checkout, and hopefully not long after the receiver will love them so much, they will send you a thank you as well!
Do you deliver flowers on the weekend?
Your Flower Fix is open Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Monday. We do not deliver on all major public holidays; however, we certainly will be delivering flowers on those special occasion days such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day. Oh no! I’ve provided the wrong address! What do I do?
Please send a note to hello@yourflowerfix.com.au and we will see if we can fix this on the run for you. If it is too late wewill be able to arrange a redelivery for the following day. An additionaldelivery fee may apply.
Oh no! I’ve just realised I’ve chosen the wrong date for delivery! Can I change this?
Please send a note to hello@yourflowerfix.com.au as soon as you realise. If the flowers have already been dispatched for delivery we will see if we can contact our drivers and see if we can fix it on the run for you. If they are still to be delivered, we can simply arrange for the correct date for your delivery.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes we do. Our tip, please call the hospital before ordering to check if they will take flower deliveries with regards to any COVID-19 safe policies. We also ask that you enquire about the best place for us to deliver your flowers and include this in the special instructions at checkout.
Does someone need to be home to receive their Flower Fix?
Luckily, they do not. However, if there is no safe place to leave the bouquet or no access to
the property the driver will continue on and let the Your Flower Fix team know a bouquet was
unable to be delivered. In that case a member of our team will be in touch to arrange redelivery. We regard a safe place to deliver, inside a property such as at the front door on the front porch. We cannot leave a bouquet at an apartment block entrance or in front of a locked gate outside the property. In extremely hot or in very heavy rain our delivery person will not be able to leave a bouquet out in the open.
How big are your bouquets?
We have four bouquet sizes to suit your budget and requirements. Visit ‘Our Flowers’ page to see our beautiful bouquets, prices and sizing. We also offer ‘Your Vase Flower Fix’ for an additional cost you can have your bouquet delivered in one of our glass cylinder vases. Our beautiful fishbowl vases are also available as an add on to any bouquet you order.
Where are your flowers sourced from?
All the flowers for the Your Flower Fix arrangements are personally sourced and selected from local suppliers and the flowers are from Victorian flower farms and wholesalers. Your Flower Fix supports local growers, so you can be assured you will always be sending and receiving the freshest, and most high-quality flowers.
How are your flowers packed? Do they arrive in water?
Aside from our ‘Your Vase Flower Fix’ in which your bouquet will arrive in a vase with water, all bouquets are delivered packaged in our custom eco-friendly ‘Your Flower Fix’ tissue paper and recyclable brown craft paper. Flowers will also be wet packed to ensure longevity. All add on vases will arrive boxed separately to your bouquet. Every bouquet will come with instructions on how the recipient can care for their flowers.
Can I choose which flowers are delivered?
At Your Flower Fix we offer our four signature bouquets in ‘Neutral’ or ‘Colour.’ As flowers are a seasonal product, our Creative Director and Head Florist Zoe chooses only the most beautiful flowers. The flowers displayed on the images on our website are an example of the beautiful bouquets Zoe and the team create. They will not be an exact match due to the seasonality. How can I ensure the flowers last?
At Your Flower Fix we truly pride ourselves on selecting only the freshest and most high-quality flowers. But like any living thing you can take extra care of your flowers to ensure their longevity. And don’t worry, instructions will also be included with the bouquet when it arrives as well.
1. Remove the flowers from their beautiful wrapping.
2. Trim the flowers stems by an inch or to a suitable length for your vase. Flowers prefer their stems trimmed on a 45 degree angle to drink.
3. Place them in a vase of fresh water.
4. Flowers love to see sunshine, but too much and they’ll wilt. Place your flowers in a well lit area, away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, or air conditioning.
5. Flowers will last longer if their stems are trimmed and the water is changed regularly. We recommend every 1-2 days.
Are any of your flowers toxic for pets?
Some flowers can be toxic to pets. If youare unsure, here is a great link for you to read about flowers and pets.
Can I send flowers to a business or company?
Yes of course! What a beautiful way to brighten up the office and make someone’s day. Please include specific delivery instructions on your order to ensure the flowers are delivered to the right place. Bigger companies mean bigger offices and we want to make sure your order makes it to the right floor and the right person or team.
Can I place multiple orders at once?
Of course, you can. Our website has been designed with this in mind. You can place multiple orders in one transaction with different addresses and check out in one go.
Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
In short, unfortunately no. All orders are final once you hit the payment button. If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact our customer service team at hello@yourflowerfix.com.au and we will work out a solution. What happens if I need to change the date of my delivery?
If it's within 48 hours, not a problem! Get in contact with our customer service team at hello@yourflowerfix.com.au and we will find a solution for you.
Do you have a COVID-19 safe policy?
Our courier service adheres to COVID-19 safe policies including contactless delivery and wearing masks as outlined and directed by the Victorian Government. At Your Flower Fix HQ, we have strict health and safety policies including washing and sanitising hands before entering and leaving our premises and wearing masks if directed and outlined by the Victorian Government.
